 Not sure where I would be in education without Gentle Minds Tutoring, for me math always came very easy but I didn’t have a clue how to teach math to elementary children.  My background was not in education as I received my certification through an ACP program.  With that being said Gentle Minds Tutoring met me exactly were I was and supported in a number of ways.  Mrs. Williams shows up with great energy 100% of the time and supported me by showing me what the preparation looks like, how to use resources and manipulatives, how to manage a classroom, she modeled live lessons, gave live feedback, she held me accountable, as new resources and tools become available she incorporated those also, and even provided motivation when needed because being a new teacher can be tough.  In my third year of teaching I was awarded The Teacher of the Year, and I know none of that would have been possible without Gentle Minds.
